    One On One Attention

    During these sessions you will work with a trainer 1-on-1 on a workout specifically tailored to your individual goals and needs. Looking to build strength and improve your conditioning? We got you. Want to polish your technique during your session? Done. These sessions become time for you to work on you with coaching and specific direction from our highly trained coach.

    Conditioning + Defense

    Indulge in our personalized in-person training experience, encompassing a comprehensive array of activities such as bag work, pad work, sparring simulation, technique enhancement, speed and endurance development, invigorating boxing circuit training, and heart-pumping cardio workouts.

    Goal Setting

    It doesn't matter if you're a soccer mom or a D1 Athlete, everyone has goals. Coach As'im will help you identify concrete goals and create an effective plan of action to meet your targets in the time frame that you want.

    Lasting Results

    Not only will our coaches help you transform your health and performance, but they’ll teach you how to maintain those results. However, for athletes and aspiring boxers we generally recommend ongoing training as well to elevate your game and reach new levels of performance with speed, strength and agility.
