    Is Boxercise the plan for you?

    Small Class Sizes

    When we say small group, we mean small group. Each class has between 4-6 people, which means you get much more attention and personal coaching than you would in any class at a big box gym.

    Can I handle this?

    Boxercise is a universally accessible fitness solution. It's important to note that prior boxing experience is not a prerequisite; individuals of all skill levels are welcome to participate. The goal is not to train season boxers, but teach boxing techniques while also enhancing fitness and having fun in a program tailored to meet your needs.

    What should I expect?

    EF4L's boxing classes are true to the spirit of boxing: intense, instructive, and fun. Each 60-minute session is structured to cover fundamentals that are necessary to excel in the ring:

    • Strength & conditioning
