Small Group sessions for Adults who are looking for a program designed for their personal needs but would like the benefit of working out with a community.

Is Small Group the plan for you?

Small Class Sizes

When we say small group, we mean small group. Each class has between 3-6 people, which means you get much more attention and personal coaching than you would in any class at a big box gym.

Scheduling Options

We offer classes all throughout the week. There's definitely a class time that fits your schedule. All you have to do is pick the class you want to attend in the app and reserve your spot!

Community

Many of our classes have the same faces each week. This gives you an opportunity to build friendships on a regular basis. You will have a group of people to connect with about your progress and goals. Get or give lifestyle advice to like minded individuals, push each other do better, or hang out at the gym after training.

It's Actually Fun

When you exercise alone, coming to the gym can feel like a chose. Small Group workouts are always lively and exciting. We promise, you'll find yourself looking forward to exercising.
