Melvin has made a welcomed improvement in my daily life. I am 84 years old and I was becoming very concerned about my physical condition. I could easily walk two or three miles or more, but I was worried about my balance. When rinsing shampoo out of my hair in the shower, I couldn’t close my eyes without getting dizzy. Fortunately I read an article that said the loss of core muscle strength can be a predisposition to injury. Old geezers lose core strength and eventually fall down. That has happened to several of my contemporaries. “I’ve fallen and I can’t get up!” is real and and shouted by hundreds or thousands of old people daily….In an attempt to strengthen my core I interviewed two of the nationally known fitness centers because my insurance gave me a free membership, but neither had a program for old geezers other than dancing to loud music with old ladies.

I have been training with Melvin for seven months and I am very pleased with the results. I have not lost any weight but I have lost three inches in my waist and my balance continues to improve.
