Melvin Parris has been in the fitness industry in varying capacities since 2001 and brings 2 decades of health, fitness, and 42 yrs of life experiences. He has served in roles including Personal Trainer, Training Manager for big-box health club companies and has experience in both training and business management areas.
His leadership and management experience extends back to 1999 when he became the captain of 2 sports in college and vice president of athletics on the student government.
Melvin has carried these skills into the professional sports arena where he continued his role as a team captain. He has also, ran big-box fitness facilities during his off seasons until 2014, and has continued since in the private sector.
During the years he has built a professional and personal network to help mold him into to a competent businessman, father of an awesome daughter, and a God-fearing man.

As’im Smith brings over a decade of experience to his current roles at Elite Fit 4 Life as Business Development Manager, Trainer, and Boxing Coach. Deeply passionate about promoting ultimate health and wellness, As’im emphasizes the importance of mobility and flexibility in achieving holistic well-being.
In his position as Business Development Manager, As’im utilizes his extensive expertise to optimize processes and build strong client relationships.
